Hi all
I've seen a Fisher F5 near me for sale and I'm quite new to hobby and have been looking around for a decent detector to start out with
So has anybody any thoughts on the F5 ? I would be very grateful if any advice
Many thanks

I don't know a great deal about them apart from I'm not a lover of the noise it makes. Gary will be your best guide on one of these.

Very nice detector overall.
Coil heavy so it feels unbalanced.
Prone to EMI.
Similar performance to the Omega.
I had both Omega and F5. Neither were depth demons.
