Whats your favourite past machine?
« on: April 15, 2017, 06:22 pm »
Of all the tectors you have owned (not including current machine) which one do you look back on with the best memories?  Be it performance or finds,  which of your old units do you look back on with the fondest memories?

CScope Metadec 2. " a real depth machine". Not known as a fast recovery detector, but its depth ability was phenomenal.
I`d say  Its only Achilles heel was its weight at around 4.1/2 lbs.

Another vote for the White's XLT, although my 2 C-Scope 1220B's come a close second :)

White's XLT for me, 20 years old and still got it. Probably the only machine I really got to know inside out.

My first and only old detector was a Whites coinmaster II or III cant remember so long ago, loved it found lots of interesting bits ad bobs, stopped for 20 years to support my kids doing motocross scrambling.
