is it just me, or has anyone else ever wondered why xp never made a 5 inch coil,i would have thought it a good idea to smash through long stubble, just a thought mind?

Interesting point Bilko. I have only ever had the original 11" black coil, the cost of alternatives has put me off adding anything else. Back when I joined the forum people talked about a concentric option. Maybe XP didn't think we needed a smaller coil due to the lightness of the Deus on the swing?

I suppose it depends on demand, on a worldwide scale. Do detectorists in other countries do a lot of stubble detecting? I don't know.

Us Yanks would love a small coil too. Not so much for stubble but for those iron infested colonial era home sites.

Interesting point Lodge. I see a lot of US videos where people use the smaller Garrett coil on the AT Pro & Max

I for one would be interested, however it’s bound to be a X35 I use V4 which has disappeared from the update options
and don’t want to update operating version
