I had a quick detecting session today and was not well prepared
had no gloves and didn't wear my wellies and waterproofs
and this morning needed them both, my hands after half hour so looking looking for finds in wet mud and high winds couldn't feel them!!!
And my trousers
anyway I've a big field that has well rotted stubble and looks more like a harvested pea field that will last me for weeks.
