Hi Bob and all, the WHRADA folks are all back home.
We got away with the weather for the first few hours before the liquid sunshine increased.
Then we were able to meet friends old and new and stuff ourselves with the food available.
Gary was there doing an excellent job for XP as always.
I even got a dry hat to go home with.
Finds were coming in and some were being shown to the FLO.
I only had one Roman coin and a early Roman brooch, plus the usual odds and sods from the last 200 years.
For anyone with a sweet tooth the ladies provided a whole range of lovey cakes.
I brought home a large variety, which shamed my wife as she is against having to many of them in the house.
Wondering how the raffle is going on ?
A really well organised event for a very worthy cause.
Thanks from all the WHRADA member on parade.
Jerry and friends.
