its bizare that there are no 9inch coils to be found anywhere on the planet
-
All the suppliers seem to have D2 available with 9" coils.
-
yanks complain they cant buy a 9 coil after buying a d2 with a ten coil
and i would like a 9 to build a machine from scratch but cant
-
It’s a shame,I’ve been looking for a 9” fmf coil and can’t find one anywhere.
-
maybe theres a shortage of components in the 9 so cant make em .strange goings on at the xp factory
the 9 ,was always the most popular by far

I thought you had decided the D2 was a complete waste of money? ;)
XP haven’t sold any coils separately yet, of any size and said they won’t be for quite a few months yet. It’s a marketing decision not a factory one.
-
then why are regtons avertising them in mags ???last months
the preowned on ebay are not selling at 1130 quids with little use ,wonder why
the most hyped up machine ever
-
i was ready to buy back in jan feb but you couldnt buy a d2 with 9 coil , alain was only making 11 coils so cancelled my order
since then bad feeback and problems put me off buying
for some time ,my d1 is able to make finds
-
Just replied in another post. There is no shortage of 9" coils over 11" coils, they are simply only making them for complete machines. Some Countries are still not up to speed yet with deliveries. Separate 9 or 11" coils will become available as time goes on, at the very latest September we expect.

we have a problem with lack of depth so alain may have to think out of the box with bigger coils and superlite weight ..as big as a hula hoop please that is worn dangling from the shoulders
::)
i was watching aussie gold hunters and when they tried a much bigger coil they were getiing finds from deeper depths than normal
but theres a weight problem as well to overcome

Yes, but aussie gold hunters don't need to contend with fields littered with iron...
A 15" round coil would be a nice option for clean ground, but the factory is already set up for the three existing Deus coil sizes so I wouldn't expect to see another coil size added. You never know, though.
Depth-wise, the 9" seems to do very nicely on videos that I've seen though.

i dont do fields littered with iron my sites are clean
