Title: XP Deus control cover
Post by: tangorory on November 20, 2017, 11:53 am: Can anyone recommend the best cover for control box for the xp deus . I have problems pressing the buttons through some of them, so have to remove it if I need to change GB or frequency. Its mainly for when its raining plus keeping the dust out.

the Silicon Control Box Cover its rubbish it fogs and you cant see anything however
these are great makes pressing the buttons a doddle easily removed does no damage

Sainsbury's basic medium food and freezer bags, 40 on a roll + elastic band. May sound crude but it's highly affective in the wet.

Hi Jerry. Those buttons can be a pain, I may have to get those button risers.

It protects the controller for life and the top cover like we both use is for added protection. ;) :) Jerry.

Post by: mr miagee on January 24, 2018, 08:48 pm: I've always found a 3x2 resealable plastic bag available from e-bay are really cheap and you can replace them every couple of trips out. I think that I paid less than £3.00 for 100 about a year ago. They work really well with the magnetic holder but you need to split them for the clip on type. :)

Does it make the remote waterproof? It would of course need to cover the speaker on the back, is that what you have done?
