Title: new rules now screwing up the pay digs again

Sadly for those of us with no land of our own and rely on organized digs to be able to get out detecting  its now going to be impossible with the new rules coming into effect next week GUTTED !

I'd get stuck into some permission seeking, so you're not reliant upon organised digs. The restrictions look set to continue for a long time yet :(
