The Nexus metal detector was first introduced in 2004 with the help of Garys detecting.....back then there was only one model offered for sale.
I still own and use the second machine ever made... To this day I have found nothing to match the depth of the Nexus on suitable ground conditions.
For sure the high frequency machines will run rings around the Nexus when searching iron contamiated sites, they will find tiny coins with ease, but that's not what the Nexus is about...get this machine on the right site with deep targets and it will do the business.

Is this machine just hype ?
No most definately not it has very good depth capabilities,not just on large objects but single coins can be detected with ease ,thanks to the ultra sensitive dual coil technology.

The Nexus works best on pasture,woodland and most other level ground, excluding the beach.
Discrimination.The Nexus has 2 search modes, all metal meter id ... ferrous(left) and non ferrous(right), or meter and audio discrimination combined.
