The Nexus Ground Fix information page
The Nexus Coronado Groundfix is a competitively priced "switch and go"metal detector with the potential of finding coins and artefacts at very respectable depths.
Designed with simplicity in mind the Coronado Ground fix has a 3 position ground control to suit most ground conditions.
The automatic ground balance levels are factory pre-set to work efficiently over a wide range of detecting environments.

The electronic principal of the Coronado Groundfix is a motion detector with fast recovery speed, ideally suited for European search conditions
It's design offers a versatile platform for use on most inland sites and salt water beaches around the world including sites with heavy mineral deposits and black sand.
The Coronado Groundfix boasts excellent depth combined with a very accurate disrimination range.
For example tests have shown a single 30mm coin can be detected at 14" (36 cm) under ground.
The Coronado Groundfix has an exceptionally low weight...only 1.3 kg with 8 AA batteries installed.
The Coronado Groundfix is a very easy machine to operate, none or very little experience is required to achieve professional results.

Tuned resonance search coils...the nexus trademark
Like all Nexus metal detectors the Coronado Groundfix uses the same resonance tuned induction balance search coils as it's bigger brothers the Nexus SE and the Nexus Ultima.
A Full range of optional coils are available.
