Deus Fast, will serve you well and being recently turned over ground items often end up nearer the surface.
The Deus fast recovery will also allow you to hear items being shrouded by ferrous metals.
I used it with great success when the XP Deus first came out and even these days have been known to go back to programme 3 for devilment.
Happy Hunting,
Jerry.

I would agree with Jerry, Deus fast, or use the Hot programme if you like the full tones. You may need shorter sweeps if the stubble is tough as it often forces your coil upwards, try and keep the coil low.

Deus fast is good if you like 3 tones.
I would say keep the GB between 88 and 90 in manual. Don't use tracking in stubble.
Sometimes the Sifter program is a good choice.
